Photographs on the website are for information purposes only and as each piece is hand-made small differences may occur.
Please ensure that for any writing you check the details provided carefully, and that the spelling and dates are correct. We cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur as a result of incorrect details provided.
Children under six months often have fingerprints that are not entirely defined. However, this will still produce a unique imprint of your child at this age.
When you order online I will then send the kit out to you, with full instructions. Tiny Toerags cannot accept responsibility for poor quality prints. If you are unhappy with your prints, an additional kit can be sent out at a cost of £5.00. It is up to you to check that you are happy with your prints. If we have any concerns regarding them, we will contact you prior to making the piece.
We will also include an order form with the details that you have provided. Please check this carefully to ensure that you have provided the correct details and information for your piece. If there are any incorrect details, please let me know.
If you wish to cancel please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel prior to the kit being sent out, you will receive a full refund. If we have already send the impression kit out a charge of £10 will be made. This is to cover the costs of the kit and postage. Once the prints have been returned to Tiny Toerags, you will be unable to cancel as we will have begun to make your piece.
We can not accept any returns on items unless they are damaged or faulty on delivered. As items are all personalised returns for any other reason are not accepted as outlined in the distance selling regulations. To return an item please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide further details.
Jewellery items are made from 99.9% fine silver. This is not as hard wearing as sterling silver, which is made with other metals to strengthen it. Care instructions for your jewellery will be posted out with your piece, but we can not accept returns owing to eventual wear or tear.
A proof of your print will be emailed to you before any work commences. This will be a digitised and cleaned up version of the paper prints. We keep the characteristics and features of the print but do need to process them to get a good engraving.
Please check all of the details carefully when you place your order and any proof you are sent as mistakes can not be rectified once we have started your order.
Personalised items are excluded from refunds, however we will at our discretion if work has not yet started cancel an order and issues a refund minus £10 for the kit and postage that you have already used. Please contact us immediately if you would like to try and cancel or make an amendment.
Engraved items usually have a lead time of 2 weeks from the proof being approved, however at busy times such as Christmas, this may be longer. We will endeavour to let you know in advance of any delays or as soon as it is apparent. If you have a special date the items ar required for please add this to the Notes section when ordering, however if this is likely to fall within the 2 weeks, please contact us as we may be able to arrange a rush order however there is a surcharge of £8 for this service.
Vouchers are one time use unless another order is placed within 3 months where residual credit maybe used. We may issue a further code if we feel it is appropriate. After 3 moths residual credit is lost.
Valid for 1 Year from issue date.
Can not be used to buy Gift Vouchers.
Multiple vouchers can be used on one order.
Vouchers can be used in conjunction with special offers and sale items and other discount codes.
Raised impressions are at our discretion based on availability and location, you will be refunded and you voucher re-enabled if we can not accept the order.
You maybe asked to present the voucher or photographic proof of the voucher before any work commences.
